Hume Yennora renovations start

Thank you for your patronage and support of Hume over the years. As you’re aware, our size and operations have been increasing steadily over the years and we have now acquired additional space next to our Yennora warehouse to build a brand new state of the art flagship store in order to promote and support Hume’s continued growth.

As a result, our Yennora warehouse will be experiencing major renovation and construction works. We ask for your patience and support while we build our dream flagship store. Please be assured that we are committed to continuing our service to our customers and will minimise any impact of the construction and renovation works to you as much as possible.

Our aim is to communicate with you of any changes affecting you as our customer as early as possible and to reassure you that we will carry on “business as usual” with normal operation hours during this time. We have commenced the Yennora Office and Warehouse renovation & extension and will be able to unveil the new store to you in the Grand Opening of our Flagship store in 2019.

During the renovation period (from 18th April 2017), our Yennora office, which includes Customer Service and Dispatch will be relocated to the other end of our warehouse. Traffic flow for all vehicles will also change where entry to our warehouse will be further down Pine Rd (towards 38 Pine Rd) and signs for the new entry will be erected once the gate is in operation.

During this time, we will also increase our warehouse capacity to double the original size and change our warehouse operations so that the loading area and job pickups will be located closer to the new office.
