Sydney stores re-open for business

To all HUME customers, 

Exciting News for our customers and staff, 

In-line with our road map to return we would like to announce the following changes to our operating hours and processes: 

 

• From Monday the 25/10/2021: 

• Yennora, Alexandria, Pymble and Prestons stores will resume normal operating hours Monday – Saturday 6:00am – 5:00pm. 

• Mandatory click and collect will no longer be required (however we still encourage you to place your order before you come to our store where possible, this will help us process your order faster) 

• Customers will be allowed to enter our store customer service areas to place orders (However the number of customers in the customer service areas will be monitored and policed as per the government 4m2 rule). So please be patient and follow staff instructions if told to wait outside during our busy times. 

• MASK’s & QR Code check in are still mandatory. NO MASK NO ENTRY 

• Once again, we still encourage you whenever possible to email / call to place the orders. 

 

• From Monday 01/11/2021 :

• Lakemba and Silverwater Store will re-open 

• It should be noted that these two stores will have a change to operating hours when they re-open: 

• Monday – Friday 6:00am – 4:00pm 

• Saturday 6:00am – 12:30pm  

• Customers will be allowed to enter the stores customer service areas to place orders (However the number of customers in the customer service areas will be monitored and policed as per the government 4m2 rule). So please be patient and follow staff instructions if told to wait outside during our busy times.

• From Saturday 30/10/2021 :

• The way our NSW stores operate on Saturdays will change. We will still be open to support you with urgent or emergency orders and for now our operating hours will be the same (however this may change in the future). 

• We will however have less staff working on Saturdays and this may impact the time taken to get your orders ready. 

• How you can help: 

• If you have urgent or emergency orders you require on Saturday, please try to order in advance (place your orders during the weekdays so we can have it ready to go on Saturday for you) this will help us to ensure less delays or waiting time in store on the Saturday. 

• Request your deliveries during Monday to Friday as many as possible to avoid any delays. 

• Place your larger Monday order before Friday as we will have less staff available to make jobs on the Saturdays and will focus our people on supporting our customers urgent or emergency pickup orders. 

• If you have questions in relation to our Saturday operating changes, please contact your sales rep or one of our stores for more details. 

 

We would like to take this opportunity to thank our customers and staff for their support during the past few months the above steps are a huge leap forward to getting back to the new normal albeit with some changes in how we do things.

随着新南威尔士州封城禁令的全面解除，并根据公司内部优化制定的复工路线图，Hume澳饰建材现郑重通知您，我们将于下周一恢复正常营业，并对新州各分店营业时间，及解封后的店内业务流程作出如下调整：

 

自10月25日下周一起： 

- Yennora, Pymble, Alexandria, Prestons四家分店将全面恢复正常营业。新的营业时间调整为，周一至周六，6am-5pm。 

- 各位新老客户将被允许进店下单，但仍需遵守政府要求保持的每人四平方米社交距离。因此，在店内高峰期，请您遵照员工的指示，耐心等候，排队入店。 

- 我们依然鼓励您继续使用在线预约下单的方式，并尽可能早地在入店前递交订单，这将有助于我们优先预备您的货品。 

- 入店客户需强制佩戴口罩和扫描二维码。无佩戴口罩者不得进入。 

 

自11月1日星期一起： 

- Lakemba, Silverwater两家分店将恢复正常营业。新的营业时间调整为，周一至周五，6am-4pm，周六，6am-12:30pm。 

- 客户将被允许进店下单，并需遵守政府规定的每人四平方米社交距离。因此，在店内高峰期，请您遵照员工的指示，耐心等候，排队入店。 

- 入店客户需强制佩戴口罩和扫描二维码。无佩戴口罩者不得进入。 

 

同时，新州各个分店星期六的营业内容将作出如下改变。 

 

自10月30日星期六起： 

- 我们将在每周六优先处理紧急或需要加急的订单。为此，我们将暂行与工作日相同的营业时间6am-5pm。（将来可能按照需求再做必要调整） 

- 由于星期六各分店将实行减员营业，因此，预计当日的订单处理时间比平时较长。 

- 为避免非必要的延误，和减少排队等待时间，除非紧急要求，请您尽量在工作日递交您的订单，以便我们提前准备您在周六预约的自提货品。 

- 由于周六的主要营业内容将面向有紧急需求的客户，因此，请您务必将数量庞大或品类相对复杂的订单安排到工作日。 

- 如果您对周六营业内容的调整有任何疑问，请联系您的销售代表，或亲临店内详询。
