We have always prioritised the safety of our team and customers, and in these uncertain times, this is no different. To minimize the COVID-19 risk to our team and customers, the way we currently trade has been changed as per below.

Step 2: Order Confirmation
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a sales order number from our customer service team within 24hrs. Keep this sales order number as you will need to provide this if you have selected to pick-up your order.
Step 3: Pick-Up or Delivery Instructions
Pick-Up
Upon arrival, our team will guide you to the warehouse/pick up area ONLY if you have a sales order number.
Remain in your vehicle, follow instructions from our team members and please keep your face mask on.
Delivery
Our customer service team will confirm the details with you prior to delivery.
For Hand Unload deliveries, please ensure the appropriate capacity limits are followed on site as per the government rules and regulations.
For all other deliveries, please ensure you have arranged appropriate methods on site to unload the goods and follow the government rules and regulations.
Please Note: For best practices to prevent the virus from spreading and reduce contact between our team and customers, we will not ask any customers to sign a POD. Please check the docket carefully and confirm goods are fully and correctly supplied before leaving the HUME store. Contact our team within 24 hours for any issues relating to your order. We will do our best to serve you as fast as possible, however please expect delays compared to our normal service period. We strongly recommend you place your order at least one day before pick-up. Please be advised that there will be NO CASH TRANSACTION in-store. Any order changes in-store during the pick-up may not be assisted straight away so it is important to confirm your order before you pick-up.
